The Aim of this study is to find out how to increase education service for SwD in IS. This study try to solve the problems with idea: collaboration between TAoIS and ToRC. RC became source of knowledge abaout how to teach SwD. And TAoIS built a ideal learning plan for SwD. The Barrier are not everyTAoIS knows how to service SwD in IS. Improving education services forSwD can be through collaboration or team teaching between teachers IS and RC. The results of collaboration and team teaching certainly have an impact on time being effective and being effisen; and better learning outcomes of . In addition the Special Education implementation policy is getting more detailed.
