Entrepreneurial attitudes as mediator of entrepreneurship learning and family environment to increase entrepreneurial behavior
This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship learning and family environment on entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial behavior. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling technique with the number of respondents 231. The research instrument used questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that there is a direct positive effect of entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurial attitudes, family environment on entrepreneurial attitudes, family environment on entrepreneurial behavior, and entrepreneurial attitudes toward entrepreneurial behavior. But there is no direct positive effect between entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurial behavior. Indirect influence through the mediation of entrepreneurial attitudes can be a full mediation. The results of data analysis show that entrepreneurship learning and family environment can encourage the strengthening entrepreneurial attitudes. Family environment is directly or indirectly able to encourage the formation of entrepreneurial behavior, it shows that this variable becomes important factor in forming entrepreneurial behavior.
