Organizational development through human process intervention for implementation vocational educational revitalization at vocational high school

Abstract

Implementation vocational educational revitalization from the institutional side need to fix the internal problems of the school. All relevant elements especially the human element must be prepared to implement change in the context of organizational development.The purpose of research to describe organizational development through human process intervention at vocational high school 9 Padang. The kind of research is qualitative. Data in this research is qualitative was collected by observation, interview, and documentation study. Data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The research is done at vocational high school 9 Padang. The results show, human process intervention at vocational high school was done with: (1) Interpersonal Approaches, (2) Group Approaches. Unfortunately, recommended for principal to use this results as one of way to do organizational development by adjusting follower and organizational characteristics.
