The influence of video animation to develop language and cognitive abilities in kindergarten children
This study aims to determine the effect of an animated video media to know the animals on the development of language and cognitive development in children of 4-5 age group know in kindergarten. Approach quantitative study using research methods and experiments in this study using adesign pretest-posttestnonrandomized control group design. Instrument used data collection techniques use the observation and documentation observation guide the development of language and cognitive development. Data were seen from the average value in the development of English posttest control group is 3.1354> 2.1974. Judging from the average value of cognitive development posttest in the experimental group larger daripda cognitive development posttest control group is 3.0971> 2.3344. These results indicate that the use of familiar animals animated video media influence on language and cognitive development in children. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the animal knows animated video media influence the development of language and cognitive development in children.
